INDIA (West Bengal - Darjeeling) June 2007, A factory worker of Makaibari tea estate collecting processed tea leaves after they are dried in  a conventional drier to arrest the fermentation with in 240 - 245 degree ferenhite. Makaibari produces the most expensive tea in the world. They produce the tea organically (without using any fertilizers or spraying pesticides)through permaculture.  Makaibari is situated at the misty foot hills of Darjeeling Himalayas - Arindam Mukherjee
